Company Description
At Pacific Bakery we use many organically grown whole grains which we slowly grind on natural (not synthetic) stone mills. We make bread the way it was meant to be, using no yeast, no "secret" sourdough starter, and no shortcuts. Every loaf is kneaded and formed by hand and allowed to rise. After fire-baking, we package and ship our breads and bagels throughout the United States.
